The short version: we collect what you type into the enquiry form, we use it to handle your enquiry, and we don't sell it or mail-list you. The longer version follows.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you provide: your name, phone number, email if you include it, your suburb, and whatever you tell us about the job. The site also records ordinary, non-identifying technical information, page views by country and device type, with no cookies and no advertising trackers. We don't use analytics that follow you to other sites.
How we use it
Your enquiry details are used to respond to you, to arrange and price the work you've asked about, and for basic record-keeping. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider to service your request. Estate and downsizing enquiries are treated with particular discretion and read only by the people who would handle the work.
What we don't do
We don't sell your details, publish them, or add you to marketing lists. You'll only hear from us about the enquiry you sent. There's no newsletter to be signed up to, because we don't run one.
Keeping the bots out
Our forms carry a simple hidden field that people never see but automated spam scripts fill in, which is how we tell one from the other. It reads nothing about you, sets no cookies, and asks you to solve no puzzles. If a submission fills that hidden field, we quietly discard it; everything else comes straight through.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are stored securely and retained only as long as they're useful for handling your job and our records. You can ask us at any time, through the enquiry form, to see what we hold about you or to have it deleted, and we'll do so unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
